Package Meal Details
For all the packages, meals have been included as per the following.
Breakfast - For all days in hotel.
Lunch - For all days. Lunch on the way from Gangtok to Lachen / Lachung will be provided at wayside restaurant/packed lunch. Lunch during Namchi visit will be provided at wayside restaurant/packed lunch. Lunch during Tsomgo Lake, Baba Mandir & Nathula visit will be provided at wayside restaurant/packed lunch.
Dinner - For all days in hotel.
Terms & Conditions
The booking will only be confirmed on receipt of an advance payment of 30% of the total package value including taxes.
Balance payment to be made at least 48 hours before arrival.
In case of any cancellation due to covid related situation, the amount will be held as an advance & can be utilised by end 2024 at package price prevailing at the time of use.
Peak Season Surcharge for Durga Pujo/Dusshera & X-Mas/New Year will be additional 40% on the existing package rates.
All our B2B & Travel partners should send an email with copy of Trade licence / Registration to avail commissionable rates.
Transport & Permit Details
Vehicle Type & Capacity
All the packages are provided with Santro/WagonR for upto 3 pax. Innova or Xylo as the vehicle for 4-6 pax. The maximum capacity of Innova / Xylo is 6 pax including children & luggage. Only infants on lap are allowed extra.
For more than 6 pax, we might provide a suitable vehicle. The vehicles are not at disposal of the customer but they are engaged on point to point basis. There are various restricted areas in Sikkim and only some vehicles are allowed in those areas who have permits. As a result, guests will not have the same vehicle everyday. All vehicles operating in this sector are without AC. Guest may request the driver for AC at extra charge paid directly.
Certain locations in Sikkim require permits & extra payment. Nathula Pass permits can be sourced from the travel help desk at the hotel. Charges are informed on a daily basis.
Extra charge per vehicle for Zero Point is Rs.3500/-, Katao is Rs.3000/-, Kala Pathar is Rs.3000/-. This amount is to be paid to the driver directly.
Guests travelling to Sikkim must carry anyone of the following Photo ID cards. EPIC / Driving Licence / Passport. Govt employees can travel with their official ID cards. Aadhaar & PAN Card are not accepted for permits.

Room type & inclusions
The rooms which would be provided within the package will be all Double bedded rooms.
Extra pax in a room will be provided extra mattress.
Children below 5 years are not provided extra bedding and have to share the parents bed
Tea/Coffee makers are provided in all rooms. The same is replenished daily.
One litre of Bottled water is provided per room per day.
Heaters are not included in the Deluxe package. You make take the heater from the hotel on direct payment basis. For Premium & Luxury packages, room heaters are provided complimentary.
